You could be in for months of pain.

by Hughie

It is nearly five months since my wife had bunion surgery, since then she has been in constant excruciating pain. For the first fourteen weeks or so she was prescribed tramadol, plus co-codamol, plus anti inflammatory tablets, making a total of nineteen tablets a day for the pain. She should have just taken fruit gums. She is now on morphine patches, paracetamol, and anti inflammatory tablets and if anything the pain is worse.

I would advise anyone thinking about having this op to consider if you are willing to endure this if you are one of the unlucky ones. I would rather have my eyeballs cleaned with a wire brush than endure what my wife is suffering.

Good Luck!
