Thank you for the suggestions on how to treat my bunions as an alternative to surgery. I started to treat them doing the moxa burns and then I found the oil. Do I do both treatments simultaneously or do the oil and if I don't see improvement do the moxa? I am saving the acupuncture as a last alternative.
You warn that the oil is very hot. I do not find it more than warm. Did I get a bad batch?

The word 'hot' is placed between parenthesis on the webpage, which means the liquid is not really hot in temperature, but has a heatening effect.
As for your first question, I'm not an acupuncturist, just trying out different treatments for my bunions myself, so I cannot tell you what to do. At the moment I myself tend to alternate both treatments.
