Splint use alone is definitely not the answer

I am a massage therapist. The only way to really correct bunions (without surgery)is to use active isolated stretching - a technique developed by Aaron Mattes, in conjunction with Pfrimmer Deep muscle therapy - developed by Therese Pfrimmer.

Don't get me wrong... I'm not saying that these splints are a waste of money, I'm just saying you have to use them along with various other things in order to see results.
