Food sensitivities can be a factor

I am wheat and dairy intolerant, but occasionally I will have some cheddar or whipped cream (never wheat, that's nasty on my system) and I notice later that evening that my feet hurt more. It takes a couple days to go away. I do these exercises now but it's too early yet (just started yesterday) to tell. I am committed to doing them a few times a day.

Swimming.

Try lap swimming for your bunion.
For some reason swimming was extremely helpful for me.
