Just bought the Vibram classics

I also believe going barefoot is good for you and I also wear flip-flop style sandals as much as possible as I am developing a bunion (I have early onset osteo arthritis). I usually opt for sandals with a good instep. But I am going rafting for a week and wanted something minimal, and my daughter swears by running in Vibrams. So I squeezed into a pair and am acclimating to them. They really are different as there is no arch support, but I think they will be wonderful when I slip into the river for a quick swim!
