Iodine heals bunions

by Loura

I am also in my 2nd week of applying Iodine twice a day on my bunion. I go for reflexology weekly and my therapist recommended iodine. On the reflexology foot chart you can see clearly the thyroid point quite close to the bunion on your big toe. In all my therapists years of experience (she's close to 80) she has seen many bunions disappear with iodine and firmly believes in the connection between your thyroid, bunion and iodine deficiency. So I am also giving it a go. I'm using the decolourized iodine.

My chiropractic has recommended SSKI (super saturated potassium iodide) which she says to rub on every day. She says it will take about 3 months to have an effect.

Iodine for bunions
by: Anonymous

I already have a goiter and my bunions have grown like crazy over the past two years since I turned 50. I started painting the iodine on 2 days ago after my mother-in-law suggested it. I am hoping it will help. Will return later to advise on whether it did or not.
