My chiropractic has recommended SSKI (super saturated potassium iodide) which she says to rub on every day. She says it will take about 3 months to have an effect.

 Iodine for bunions

I already have a goiter and my bunions have grown like crazy over the past two years since I turned 50. I started painting the iodine on 2 days ago after my mother-in-law suggested it. I am hoping it will help. Will return later to advise on whether it did or not.
