I quit experimenting with most of the treatments after about a year. (At the moment, I'm only using my yoga toes to relax my feet and stretch my toes, and taking a foot bath with Epsom salts every now and then.) I continue doing these things just because it feels nice doing so.
To be honest, I don't think there's a big difference in the size of my bunions, but there's one big improvement: I am pain free, even if I walk for long periods of time. I attribute that mainly to the fact that I'm wearing the (posture control) insoles every day.
