Bunion pain relief
I started with bunions on both feet due to wearing high heels for work.
Whenever I feel bunion pain, I get a piece of sponge, approx. 1cm thick and roughly cut it into the shape of an egg. Then I cut a hole in the centre about the size of a 10p piece.
Put the hole over the bunion and use surgical tape to hold it in place. This will take the pressure off the bunion whilst wearing your shoes. You may need to wear dark tights or socks to disguise it.
Keep putting it on for as long as it takes for the pain to ease - it could be a few weeks.
