Birkenstocks

I absolutely swear by my Birkenstock sandals. I probably wouldn't consider surgery if I could wear them all the time; unfortunately I live in a cold, snowy area for half the year. They have amazing support, and completely take the pressure off of my forefoot area. While I don't think they're "fashionable," they're far from offensive-looking and go with most things I wear. Birkenstock also makes some dress shoes, although I haven't had luck with them. Perhaps you might!
