About Five Fingers Shoes

by T J Davis
(AK)

The problem with Five Fingers shoes is they offer zero arch support. Most people with bunions have begun to loose the main arch and the metatarsal arch (intermediate arch). These shoes might have helped keep us from getting bunions but I doubt they'd be comfortable for long.

The other problem is they have very little padding, so those large knobs on the big toe will be banging around on the cement all day long. No thanks!
